Tiltbillies (noun): A group of young men, typically sporting puffed-out hair under a ball cap, often seen driving squatted trucks, wearing Pit Vipers, and blasting country rap.

The Walmart parking lot was empty—until the Tiltbillies showed up, revving their squatted trucks, blasting Morgan Wallen, and comparing lift kits.
