An annoying person. Everything that goes wrong is his fault. always. He comes into your group of friends by giving you food (usually steak) then won't leave until you make him. Avoid contact with lippi's whenever possible
**Most of them are 1/4 black and short with high pitched annoying voices.

*anything goes wrong. anything. you dial lippi* WHY?
Ex.
Get my math test back, 40%,
takes out phone calls lippi with blocked number,
"WHY!?!?!?!?!"
