the sarf's definitions
a group of estranged, usually old men who live under the bridges and peirs of Galveston Islnad and surrounding areas. as they live in huts and tents on the beach they are ready to feast on any fleshy legs that may be in their path in shallow waters. to avoid them use orange or assorted fruit oils and bright green cloths.
hobos and people you shouldnt talk to, they swim in shallow waters ready to nibble on some legs. hence the term "Nhibblers"
