A program filled with drama favoritism, also keen on developing character for potential military and civilian careers, but ultimately their feed the ego of high school teenagers so they can become weekend warriors in the National Guard a couple of years later; whereas real ROTC can make you an officer in any branch. Also known as Just Rejects Of The Community
