It means "What's The Move?" Something horny boys with no play say to women they find visually attractive usually with no context. It is a very ineffective way to get a girls attention/affection. Usually used by gym bros who can not pull bitches and used as a replacement for basic human conversation.

Guy: "WTM"
Girl: " Oh hey want to do something?"
Guy: "yeah, WTM"

Girl: "We can just hangout"
Guy: *no response*
