1. A hydraulic excavator, used in construction to dig holes or trenches for infrastructure.

2. A prostitute that works the street, or "track".

eg 1: "Hey Bill, load that track hoe on the lowbed and haul it to the next location."

eg 2: "Stay away from that track hoe Brad, you never know what diseases she may carry."
