(In a unionized) workplace setting, it is where a fellow member, or "brother" screws you out of a job that should have been yours, usually through ass-kissing or being a fellow lodge-member or relative, or classmate of the boss.
guy1: "That %#$%# job should have been MINE, but Frank is the super's cousin, so he stole it from me."
guy2: "wow, what a brojob."
