1. "Fine Canadian Whiskey," or as it actually is, a cheap buzz that is comparable to pouring gravel down your gullet.

2. Something that is poor and common, a sarcastic phrase used when something is less than desirable.
I ran out of gas on the highway, it was rich and rare.
