1. someone (generally a she) having a very high value of d(emotions)/dt.

2. A ticking bomb of emotions comprising of happiness, compassion, care, swag, tantrums, hollywood references and complaints.

guy1: did you meet your girlfriend finally?
guy2: yeah! it was great! she pulled a minzah.
