When one of someone's eyes constantly twitches, giving the appearance that they are trying to let you in on a secret, and possibly causing you to think that they desperately want to have sex with you.

I thought we had really hit it off on our first date, but I eventually realized that she just had a Tatiana Eye, and wasn't trying to imply her desire for sexual intercourse.
