Truly--heard this definition during an interview with NY's biggest heroine dealer in the 70s who's in the witness protection program and promoting his book. When they got pulled over by the police they would slide the weapon over for the girls to hide up there so it wouldn't be found during pat down. He said the women practiced doing it quickly and securely. He laughed at all of us "white kids" who think it stands for "whore".
