Has replaced other colloquialisms such as "wicked and "cool"
(1) Used as an adjective to describe a place person or thing in a positive light.
(2) Used to describe cohesiveness between two places persons or things.

(1) "Dude, I saw you pick up Samantha Addison... That shit was Cement!"

(2) "Yeah man, me and my bro are fucking cement"
