An acronym for "Laughing silently in my head because it wasn't funny enough for me to actually laugh out loud", this rather new form of internet slang is commonly used by honest, smart people that have chosen to react to something slightly amusing to them in place of "lol" which is an acronym for "Laugh our Loud", as, according to the definition of "lol", few people are actually 'lolling' when they type lol, and so, the use of LSIMHBIWFEFMTALOL is a much more honest term.
