To be on a level beyond merely hot or fantastic, into the area that no word yet exists. Tastic to the degree of hot.

That car was hottastic. Did you see that woman, she was hottastic.

Word generally used with a prefix as to define the degree of somethings greatness.

That woman in the white dress over there, she is hottastic. Wow, that sandwich was good, I would go as far as to call it Mctastic.
