An especially long period of time; too long. Probably derived from the expression "cool minute."

a phrase used primarily by douchebags at the end of a sentence to make an otherwise normal statement seem mysterious, or to cast doubt on a claim made about a person.

Jim: Hey everybody, Jack brought beer?
