A question you ask someone when they respond to a question or statement from you via text message that makes little to no sense.
Dave: "Why didn't you show up to my party last night?"
Sam: "I couldn't find my golf balls, so I had to buy some from the golf course. They charge way too much there."
Dave: "Who are you, ChaCha?"
