Chirrete

Chirrete: A hispanic slang word for someone who spends too much time on the streets and/or is addicted to drugs. These people usually have a ridiculous/basic sense of fashion or have strange haircuts, most popular among Chirretes being the Mexican mullet.

Person 1: "Bro, you seen manuel over there?"
Person 2: "The one with the weird haircut? He's just a common Chirrete"
