Skipjack 

Texas Slang for asshole, dumbass, dickhead, schmuk, or fucknutt. A socially acceptable way of telling your buddy or non-buddy that he or she is of feral ancestry.

It is also another name for a Ladyfish (Saltwater species considered to be a trash fish)

or
Those fricken Skipjacks are chapping my ass!

Sometimes it is also shortened to Skippy.
ie... What's up Skippy? or Get a hold of your self there skippy.
