A pie is someone who eats lots (normally junk)or a fat person
Came about when a study was released stating that some mince pies have a golfball of fat in them- you eat a lot of pies, you get fat. therefore eating mince pies was assioateed with being fat then fat with eating pies then being a pie!

"Whoa, look at all the food she's brought- what a pie!"
