Two meanings:
1) A gay man who shaves his head bald and wears a goatee, in the attempt to appear more masculine. This man often speaks or acts feminine, but uses his new look to compensate for his femininity. Usually hangs out at straight bars for the rush of associating with heterosexual men, and in the gay scene, goes to so-called "leather and levi" bars for guys who like company of older men, SM practitioners, and fellow manpunks. The typical gay manpunk is between the ages of 30-45.
2) A man, straight or gay, over the age of 25, who acts and dresses like a punk, rocker, or other alternative music or social type in order to appear younger and socialize with younger people. Often wears concert tees for bands he doesn't listen to, wears Doc Martens on the weekends, and slavishly follows fashion trends in hairstyles, tattoos, and ear ornamentation.
Usually listens to pop punk bands and pop radio and assumes that this is hardcore rock or punk music.

baumgartner
A slang term for a racist of German descent. Particularly hates Jews, blacks, and Mexicans. Typically obsessed with Nazi paraphernalia and maintains a fetish interest in Nazi uniforms and speaking German. Often likes the band Ramstein. Is not an actual member of neo-Nazi or white power groups, but enjoys the alleged "cool factor" of racism and pro-Nazi feelings among a certain subset of alienated white youth. Often, baumgartners are self-hating gay males who try to pass as straight and who enjoy the homoerotic nature of Nazi hypermasculinity and sadomasochism.
I went to high school in California, and a lot of the blue-collar white guys were baumgartners. They drew swastikas on their notebooks and joked about killing Jews and Mexicans.

A bizarre fetish practice enjoyed by men who like to be humiliated and hurt in their genitalia. Contrary to some people's opinions, pain does not feel good- that's why it's painful. The sensation enjoyed by masochistic people is the emotional satisfaction of being hurt and injured by a dominant sexual partner. Only someone with no self respect or concern about his health would let someone hurt him in his genitalia. Infertility can result from trauma to this region. Swelling in the testicles is extremely painful and takes very long to subside. Medical attention may be necessary. A man may bleed internally or lose his ability to have erections. People who engage in sadomasochism need to seek professional psychological help. They shouldn't act out fantasies that may lead to death or permanent injury. Spanking is one thing, cbt is quite another. It's called "cock ball torture" for a real reason.
