In the IPA, C is Voiceless palatal stop pronounced as c within the IPA. Therefore, Cmen is not a reference to Semen but is comets indistinguishable and exquisitely clever smarts, as C-men would not be pronounced as "C" as heard in the English language, but differently. Therefore the streamer "cometpants" saying "Cmen army" is not a sexual reference, and due to this reason you can not ban him or he will win the case in court.
