pizza toes

Toes that have pizza like qualites. Including the following... Pepperoni looking sores or cuts. Crusty skin, acting as the pizza crust. And oozing sores acting as cheese. there can be other toppings such a ham acting as fat toes or bacon, discolored portions, or onions which would be un cut toe nails.

That girl would be hot, but damn she got nasty pizza toes.
