A ghetrosexual is a hip hop coolio who spends as much time preening as a metrosexual, but still fronts as if he's a badass gangster from the 'hood.

That kid ain't no gangsta, he uses Kiehl's lotion and shit. He's just a damn punk ghetrosexual.
