When you find yourself in the ill-fated situation where you are shitting and puking at the same time, periodically having to choose which should go in the toilet. This is usually due to food poisoning, but may be caused by other illnesses or excessive alcohol intake.

"Major shuke-fest all over the bathroom last night after I ate those crab wontons."
