Bong Snap 

Snapping a bong is the act of clearing the bong's bowl of cashed or spent "herb" by sucking the ash down the stem into the bong water, thus preparing the bowl to be repacked.

"hey man, do a bong snap when you're done, i want to pack a green hit."
