jibberman

the act of being a jibb, to be of below normal standards and having an IQ about the same as Forest Gump. The subject referred as a jibberman usually has poor bowel and bladder control, Noticeable in obvious staining below the waist on their clothes.

"... hey look at that poor jibberman, we should take him to a shelter, or to the zoo...."
