The act of working out while enjoying sexual intercourse. Usually the day after one sexercises, they would be sore. Amount of soreness will depend on how much sexercise they pushed themselves to do. Depends on sexual stamina.
Ben stayed home today instead of going to the gym. He earns it considering the amount of sexercise he performed last night.
