Mexican Rose 

The act of inserting and removing a tequila bottle or like-sized object into a person's rectal orifice while the person is upside-down vertically. The puckering of the anal walls and surrounding flesh upon extrication forms what is termed as the "Mexican Rose"

"Hey, you have a tequila bottle? I would love to get a Mexican Rose please!"
