A conservative Republican who refuses to date a Democrat. Can also be used as a verb, meaning to break up with someone or interrupt a date upon discovering the other person's political orientation.

"Eww, get off of me, you dirty Democrat!" she said, siggi-ing her boyfriend onto the floor.
