Hinked Up 

When an "alleged" criminal believes that the cops are after them, or when they have figured out that the cops know their whereabouts

Cop # 1- "Joey's brother called him to tell him we came by today...now Joey is all hinked up"

Cop #2- "He was hinked up, and ran out of the back door before we could grab him"
