corporate nudge 

1.A co-worker who is unable to fill their own job description, so they poke their nose in everyone elses work to feel like they are being helpful.

2.Someone who offers help then basically accomplishes nothing.

3.The person that short circuits your work to take the credit or point the finger at your success or failure.
William is supposed to be the Head of Management. Sadly unqualified he is now merely a corporate nudge.
