Lazarela is French word ( la Zarela-meaning a type of salami just like: Moc arella ) but originates from Bosnia & Hercegovina, Montenegro and Serbia. Although that word is commonly used to adress people with fat legs it has many other meanings aswell.

Oh Em Gee , look at her legs. There so lazarela !
