A bowl and napkin combo where the underside is absorbant and the top side is waterproof so you can wipe your hands as you eat your soup.

plapkin 

Is an eating utensil that is usually thin, round, and pliable. Composed of two layers: pliable non-absorbant material on the top (plate), and pliable absorbant material on the bottom (napkin).

Ian: Hey, all I have is a plate...
Kyle: I only have a napkin!
Justin: If you each had a plapkin you would both have a plate AND a napkin in ONE!!
