Ghetto undies. Usually fit well and are sexy, but are seen worn above the pants line. Worn by women. Also known as ghunderwear, ghanties. NOT A THONG.

You're walking through the mall. This girls underwear is completely out of her pants and you know it's not a mistake. (You know because those Ghundies have a nice pattern and look awesome!)
