a gay, slender young man with no body hair, that has scruff or a beard. they prefer to wear jeans, & flannels, or other work wear instead of designer brands.

me: jonny sure was a twink, until they grew out that beard.
you: oh! so he is an otter?
me: no. they still have no body hair under those jeans, & flannel, just a beard.
you: a lumbersexual.
me: more like a lumbertwink. they love to ride the wood!
