The phrase shouted when high fiving, usually without warning, to a member of the female sex, (generally) by high fiving the breast instead of the palm. Also called "tit five"

Person A: Have you seen Fight Club?
Person B: Hellz yeah that movie owns!
Person A: Boob Five!
