A word created for technical writers, a contraction of "
copy and paste", while in the present tense this contraction is useless, it is better applied when the verb is in an alternative tense such as the past tense: "copasted" versus "copied and pasted". Also is helpful when in the future tense: "will copaste" as opposed to "will copy and paste".
