Being constrained by something, anything; having a limitation. This can be a rule, deadline, certain goal, etc.

*get on phone in computer lab*

Computer lab employee - "I'm sorry sir, but you can't be on your phone in here."

Guy - "That's so fishbowl!"

*when you get kicked out of lab for causing trouble*
Guy - "Check out my picture under the 'do not allow in lab' sign! They SO fishbowled me!"
