Steel Orchard
An esoteric orange-colored late summer cocktail popularized in St. Louis in the 1930s. The drink consists of a 1:2 ratio of Steel (Vodka) and Orchard (equal parts Aperol, Peach Shnapps and Triple Sec. The drink is known for its relaxing, yet energizing, effects, occasionally served with club soda and always on the rocks.
