A response from a person who during a conversation, the person they are speaking to has doubt that the subject matter is true. Usually said with exclamation.

Origin - My son began using this word after attending Eastern Kentucky University.

"Hey Rob, the President didn't really do that intern"
"Yuhhuh! They said it on the news"
