HBLO

An abbreviation describing a high bullshit, low output individual (HBLO). An HBLO will typically spend most days actively engaged in many tasks and convincing others of the HBLO's own importance; however, none of the HBLO's efforts will produce any output.

Walter is such an HBLO. He spent all day sleeping at his desk, but he told me that he is super busy.
