Tummy Fumbler

A severely obese person, usually a woman who cannot cover her belly and/or gunt with a shirt or pants while walking around with it fumbling out.

1. That woman is one disgusting tummy fumbler.

2. If I ever become a tummy fumbler, please execute me.

Kapheffer

When one sneezes and almost looses the top rear of their throat. Can lead to pain.

That was a hard kapheffer I just had right there.
