Often used as an expression of awe at new tech/science or ironically in the face of horrible things that are out of your power to change. Esp useful for filling the space in a conversation created when you share something so epically impressive or depressing that it lowkey stuns the conversation for a second.
Me: They just came up with a chemical cocktail to reverse human aging, I sure hope this doesn't lead to immortal Boomers.
