A random, vacuous individual who has achieved some minimum level of obscure celebrity, but is incapable of being interesting, funny, or compelling during any sort of interview or media apperance. Named in honor of Jake Pavelka, the "Bachelor" contestant and douchebag extraordinaire.
I tried listening to the radio today, but the guy being interviewed turned out to be a real pavelka, so I turned it off.
