Colonizer 

The act of a man of typically Caucasian decent ejaculating onto a person of colour's face. Marking the person who has been ejaculated on to property of the ejaculator. A re-enactment of the imperialistic actions of empires and nations of the past.

John: Hey dude, whats that on your face?
Jacob: Oh this? Bryce just used The Colonizer on me earlier.
