Chili Con Carnival

When a person's parents are killed and the meat from their bodies is fashioned into a hearty stew and fed to a large group of people. This large group may or may not include members of the deceased person's family.

Term originally aired during an episode of South Park. Season 5 episode 1

I feel bad for the kid; not only were his parents murdered by the next door neighbor, but then the neighbor made his parents into a Chili Con Carnival and brought it over for him to eat.
