Túlio seems really shy and mysterious at first. You may think he's too serious, but it's just his introvert side showing off. Once you get to know him, you'll see how much of an intelligent and caring guy he is. He's an awesome friend, he gives great advices. He's also an amazing lover, he will take really care of you and make sure you're loved the way you deserve to. If you meet a Túlio, hold on tight to him, because he's the most loyal guy you'll ever know.
