Someone who won't fight fair and even if they do and they lose the fight they'll just come back later with friends, weapons, the element of surprise, or a combination of those three advantages.

Likened unto the african-american appropriation of "punk" to meaning someone that makes false threats.

I would have fought that guy but he's just a gang banger.

gangsta 

A person from a poor neighborhood that has contracted PTSD and as a carrier is interested in spreading PTSD to others, usually other males, but occasionally women and children.

I try to avoid gangstas because I don't want to catch their PTSD.
