The small amount of sticky, residual semen that comes out of a penis that has ejaculated and since become flaccid. When the penis becomes soft after ejaculation, the urethra becomes less constricted and allows a small amount of seminal fluid to pass through and drip out the tip, sometimes minutes after ejaculation occurs.
