Someone who looks SUFFOcated in the clothing they wear. This doesn't neccessarily mean that they are fat, it just means that they are having a hard time moving in their clothes and their clothes look way too tight on them.

"Did you see Kim in that crop top last night."
"Yeah, she looks like a suffo, she needs new clothes."
